WWE Monday Night RAW Recap - March 6th, 2018

After being M.I.A during last week’s RAW, Absolution (Rose, Deville & their leader Paige) made their return this week, where Mandy Rose had her first singles match since she came to the red brand.

The match started with Charley Caruso in the ring asking Bayley about what’s happening with her and Banks, they was shortly interrupted by Absolution. Paige taunts Bayley about her friendship with Sasha Banks being rocky, she exclaimed “There is strength in numbers..” referring to her faction. Mandy gets in the ring alone, with Deville & Paige at ringside, and the match begins. Bayley grabs Mandy by the waist, and Mandy grabs Bayley’s leg, pulling Bayley down. Rose stands tall over Bayley before being kicked into the ropes, Mandy rebounds from the rope with an impressive cartwheel into a dropkick. Mandy then taunts Bayley, before Bayley locks Rose in an arm lock. Mandy counters by pushing Bayley into the ropes, Bayley reverses & throws Mandy into the ropes, drops down & Mandy jumps over her, rebounds off the other side of the ring & Bayley attempts to leapfrog over Mandy, however she gets caught by Mandy in mid air. Rose in control, runs Bayley into the corner, before delivering a driver to Bayley. Mandy is then run into the corner herself & meets a leaping elbow by Bayley. Rose rolls out under the rope & looks to regroup with her team mates, before going to commercial.

After the commercial we see Mandy in control of Bayley, with a headlock, locked in tight. Bayley begins to fight out of it by standing and delivering elbows to Rose, but Rose counters these with a kick to the stomach of Bayley, before grabbing Bayley’s tights and holding her in place for a vertical suplex. Bayley is able to fight back to her feet, but is then met by a forearm from Rose. Mandy goes for a pin, and achieves a 2 count. Rose delivers an overarm forearm to Bayley while she’s downed, but she quickly gets back up and counters with a backslide, with Mandy rolling out at a count of one. Bayley then attempts an inside cradle and Mandy kicks out at 2. As both get to their feet, Bayley goes for a forearm of her own, however Mandy ducks under & comes up with a very impressive bicycle knee, Rose pins Bayley and Bayley kicks out just in the nick of time. Rose then crawls on top of Bayley and starts raining down punches to the head of Bayley, she attempts another cover and Bayley kicks out at the count of 2. Bayley crawls to the ring and Rose attempts what looks like a knees up rope buster, but Bayley is able to overpower Mandy & kicks her away. Mandy then runs towards Bayley, and is tossed onto the apron where she meets a hotshot from Bayley inside the ring. This gives Bayley some time to re cooperate & she begins delivering multiple axe handles to the chest of Mandy. Rose pushes Bayley to the ropes but Bayley counters & jumps on Mandy, before raining down fists to the face of Rose. Bayley then drags Mandy to the corner turnbuckle where she delivers multiple smashes to the face of Rose, before delivering a side suplex to Mandy. Bayley climbs to the middle turnbuckle, ready to strike Mandy with a diving elbow, but Deville interferes on the apron & tries to distract Bayley, however Bayley doesn’t let her guard down & she strikes Mandy. Bayley then in place for the Bayley to Belly is waiting for Mandy to get up, but Deville interferes again & Bayley strikes Sonya off of the apron, before Rose rolls up Bayley from behind, however Bayley is quickly able to reverse this and rolls up Rose for the win.

Before the bell even rings, Paige instructs both Rose and Deville to attack Bayley, both girls raining fists and kicks to Bayley while she’s down. Sasha Banks then runs down to the ring and quickly tackles down Sonya, Rose saves Sonya from Sasha, but is met by a knee from Banks. Rose, Deville & Paige retreat from the ring.
